Apply for a replacement Blue Badge

Before you start

If your badge has been stolen then you must provide a Crime Reference Number from the police.

If your badge has been damaged then you must provide the existing badge number.

In all cases if the badge holder is over 15 you must provide a National Insurance number to help us prevent fraud.

We will use the existing badge photo on the replacement badge.

Payment of £10.00 by credit / debit card will be required before you submit your application.
